NOTE ON DIRECTIONS: Patients traveling Dave Ward Drive will need to take Harkrider Street or Donaghey Ave to get to College Ave.
Our Conway office is in the corner of Salem Rd and College Ave. The Conway transportation department 501-450-6165 is starting construction on a bridge that is on Salem starting Monday 7/15. Our patients will not be able to reach us if they turn off Dave Ward on Salem. Traveling from opposite direction is not an issue. Both entrance to our parking lot will be open and the round about on College and Salem will be open. The construction will take approximately 1 year.
