As a division of Family Allergy & Asthma, our patients have access to the Family Allergy & Asthma Patient Portal. This portal allows you around-the-clock access to your medical records and more, including the ability to:
- Request prescription refills
- Pay your bill
- Request an appointment
- View past appointment notes
- Send us a message
If you are an existing patient and have yet to receive an activation email for our Patient Portal, please call 501.227.5210 and request access. If you already have your Patient Portal username and password, click the Patient Portal Login button.
